Just to be clear I'm not calling for him to be sacked in the way I was with Hughton. I can see both sides to the argument and the "long term" case for sticking with a manager. Just saying this season has given me serious doubts as to whether he is the "major talent" we all convinced ourselves he is. I also thing that most other clubs in our situation would sack him and probably more often than not doing so might see them have enough of a bounce to stay up. Ultimately that's all I want, to stay up and I don't really care whether it's with or without Neil.
