Definitely don't want Neil out

Fair enough he has made a lot of mistakes this season, but then so have the Board and the players. In AN we have got someone however who knows how to get promoted from the Championship.

He had cone into this season with a couple of years managerial experience (?), both of which had been successful, yet he has perhaps been found out in what is the toughest league in the world. I don't think that warrants him being fed to the lions just yet does it?
