If we sack him, we need a leader, someone to sort out a defensive and someone happy to join on the basis we could go down...
Not many managers will want to join us in this position.
Having no left back on the bench cost us, not blaming Martin but they put the quickest player up against us and it worked, if it was olly then things could of been different.
And the only time we looked dangerous was the last 5 minutes not good enough
