Disagree. I prefer the starting formation. 4-4-2 left us very exposed at the back, and Mbk
wasn't really able to contribute. Redmond should be our striker, and should be coached in that. He's far more dangerous in the box than anyone else we've got (unless Bamford turns out to be a star), and running at players he could win us penalties. I think he would work well with Mbokani, who's pretty skilful and awesome in the air. The weakest position is still right back- not at all convinced by Pinto. Martin looks good as sweeper. Loose and Bennett are adequate and will probably improve. 4-4-2 is OK when chasing a game, with nothing to lose. That's all it's good for.
