I reckon a lot of his job his making sure you don't break the trust with them - you're a bit of a gonna really if you do. I loved that Yousef Safri tracked down Roy Waller to the restaurant he was celebrating his Birthday in and wished Roy all the best, lovely jubbly stuff.
