can somebody please explain to me the point of nathan redmond?

i would love to see the stats on him giving the ball away. doesnt even compete for headers. no football brain. completely loses his head when he gets possession in threatening area whether its lousy shot, poor cross, giving away possession.

Another thing - Neill subs today too slow to make changes. I cant believe at 2-0 up we dont just tighten things up and see the game out
