Mbokani
Really brought it home to me today quite how limited he is. Carrol and him are a similar size and Carroll is no race horse when it comes to speed of movement and thought but hell did he look quick when compared to our target man Big Dave.
Did not understand what bringing on Mbokani was supposed to do today. He's just the kind of lumbering carthorse that James Collins wants to defend against. Bamford and his movement should have come on for the tiring Jerome who I thought worked the channels really well today.
We look so pedestrian when mbokani comes on where as for 70 mins today i thought the movement of wes, Naismith, Jerome, Redmond and howson bombing on made us look a lot more like the team we saw at the start of the season.
