I want Neil to stay as well, but he's certainly not doing the best with what he's got. He's made quite a lot of errors this season - which is to be expected for a manager learning the role. However, his decisions certainly shouldn't be above being questioned or criticised, particularly his failure to address our very poor defensive weaknesses in recent weeks.
