I sometimes think that these players are held back

from their natural instincts from the tactics and instructions from the manager and coaches. It seems to me that Redmond played his best when he was free to bomb on and not worry too much about the defensive side of things.

Of all of our players, I would suggest he has suffered the most due to our change of style post Newcastle but, on the flip side of the coin, if we see the old Redmond back today - it would suggest that we might be returning to and more aggressive and less defensive style of play.
