I found Abbotts decent.
Avoid Property Ladder, they were crap.
Abbotts have a lot of contacts seemingly with buy to let buyers, so if it's a terrace or something more likely to be let out then they'd be decent. When I was selling mine I had a load of buy to let people viewing it through them.
