It's very much appreciated Dubs. My walking boots are a grand old age of

21 years old... bought them when I was first training for the Three Peaks challenge which I did in 1996 (was climbing Snowden when Gazza scored THAT goal against Scotland), they've done hundreds of miles including the Yorkshire three peaks, the Three Peaks again, Saxon Shoreway, Seven Sisters, much of the Norfolk coast path, Marriott way and many, many more.
Never been cleaned or re-treated in anyway, never had a blister and still as waterproof and good as the day I bought them.
Merrell's they are - and only a cheap pair but been brilliant.
