The team doesn't have a best 11

As soon as a player has a storming game fans say he has to play every game. Problem is next game that same player is utter dogs**t and wouldn't even merit a place on the bench. A best 11 would be great if you had the level of player that was consistent from week to week. The squad is filled with inconsistent level of performance. That's why the manager has to chop and change.
