SAN and the board have been doing that this season with some of our signings

and managing the loan talent.

I see SAN as a long term part of this club. I sincerely hope we don't sack him, or "he walks", I see him bringing us straight back up again if we do fail to avoid the drop (I'm still hopeful we can do enough, even if this looks less likely with each game now)
