Why keep changing the manager every time we realise the squad isn't good enough?
Would rather we fix the long term problems and not keep papering over the cracks like Sunderland do. Even if it means relegation and properly rebuilding the squad with young potential, we need to look at the long term. The squad is poor in quality, depth and is quite old.
Good chance we won't stay up even with a managerial change. The sides above us are much better in terms of quality (although McClaren has Newcastle underperforming) and seem to be picking up steam.
