Not bringing in any players before the window closes could have several...

ramifications.

If the club want to shift plenty of season tickets then a new high profile signing would greatly help, a lack of one or any signings at all could be dire for season ticket renewals.

If the money is not spent now then it will be there for the manager of NCFC to spend in the summer.

Who will that manager be though?

Worthy might be gone by the summer which would mean that a new manager could build the team that he wants.

However, even if we finish the season in dire form i have great faith that our board will decide that Nigel should be given the chance to spend the money and bring in new players so that he can have another shot at getting us promoted in our final season with the parachute payments after which if we are still in the Championship we probably will be for many more years.

Keeping Worthy on will also have a negative effect on season ticket sales both for next season and the ones after that.

What do you think will happen?
