year 2013/14 and was sent a cheque in March 2015. Used to know a lot of the rules when I was at the DWP but may well have changed. Your Accountant will have completed your tax return already so therefore the rebate will be automatic.

It's when you think you're due a rebate and it doesn't come before the new Tax year beings you have to complete a manual form and request a decision as to if you're due it.
