He can't speak the language well enough, Valencia have problems in the background in terms of how the club is being run and the players were demotivated during the end with Nuno.

Awful decision and like you say it's a bit unfair on his young family when it never looked like a solid long term gig.

Also think quite a few managers and players (who he tore apart on MNF) are enjoying a bit of schadenfreude. All so easy to pick apart tactics from a warm room watching on a tv (looks at a few people on here), but the actual job of managing big egos on a day to day basis is a whole different world.
