I'm not sure any of our RBs are a better option defensively so I wouldn't necessarily drop him.

But he's not the solid RB that we needed right now. He may yet turn out to be an excellent purchase and player, but it seems like the wrong sort of purchase for the back end of a relgation dogfight.
