He's been incapable of sorting out our defence from day one
If he needs some help then it's a coach who knows how to do that. Statistically they performed well under him last season but actually watching them the same flaws were evident we just got away with them more often and the defence was under less pressure as we were dominating games more.
I don't really know where I stand with Neil at the moment. I don't want him sacked and ultimately our problems flow from the disastrous summer transfer window but he's really it helping things by abandoning his philosophy, the constant changes in tactics and team selections and not picking Wes.
Spurs are a good side but last night they were aided by us putting out a team with little or no threat and then once again dropping deep and putting them under no pressure on the ball for the first half.
I also think Wisdom has been hard done by. Our best right back when he's played, yet he's now not even making he squad whilst we have bought yet another defender who can't defend.
I think we are going to go down. The writing is on the wall but if we are up have half a chance the we needs to go back to playing his we were pre Newcastle and play a consistent line up to the extent possible.
