Surely it makes sense for the board/manager to just get a top class defensive coach in!?

Pay the same amount we'd pay for a new player. Must make a difference surely. Coaches change clubs too. Our GK coach (Dave Watson) left us a few years ago, let's go get someone who's good with organising and training defenders. Must be someone out there!? Combined with Klose and some more defensive signings, could make all the difference
