best thing to do now
is to spend as little as possible now, although we need someone up front and right mid field to get us to the end of the season.
With any luck, although this is hope rather than expectation, Worthy might be persuaded to go and we'll get a semi-decent manager in his place. Maybe someone like Phil Parkinson who seems to be doing wonders at Colchester. We need to use the money to build the squad in the summer for a real tilt at promotion next season. To spend loads now wouldn't really make sense as we'll be paying over the odds and we'll probably not get first choices anyway. So it'll be panic buys who will be over inflated and probably crap, especially if Worthy's buying.
A new season, decent purchasing power, the end of Worthy (I know, I know....) and a lot of players maybe disappointed with things because they lost out on promotion/relegation and fancy a new challenge, we could be in a brilliant position.
Eff me, a pig just flew past my window.
