To be honest it is very difficult to say because he never made it in the first 11. in Wolfsburg.
But the time before he came to Wolfsburg, i remember him as a good defender! He might be a great help for Norwich! I've read many other clubs are interested in him but i think only Clubs from England are able to pay 12. Million for him. ( His current market value is 3. million ) kind of absurd but actually nothing special anymore. The amount which clubs are paying for new players are insane.
