It's a silly term really

because one defender could be good enough for a team that sits deep and plays long ball, but then could be exposed in a higher line and being requested to play a short passing game from the back. There's no standard style of system in the prem.

Then again I'm not sure any of our current regular defenders (not including Brady as he's a LW) can do either well long term, MAYBE barring Bennett who looked very good when Neil made us go ultra defensive.
