Might be controversial but I don't rate Mbokani
His movement is crap and for all the raving about his hold up play, he loses the ball too often due to poor touches. Most weeks he's in the cb's pocket. No doubt he's a good finisher but unless we're putting it on a plate for him (Aka he's in space and doesn't have to make a great run) then we're not going to reap the benefits of that.
As for lack of passion, as much as that wasn't good enough, it was also largely to to with the red card against Stoke and a lack of rotation.
AN can't persist with Vadis on the right, he's too much of a defensive liability. Even if Redmond can't start yet, he could play Howson there, as he's done a decent job in the past.
The lack of a good natural lb and in form natural RW has really messed up the shape of the team.
