But I suppose the point is that when it's a relegation fight, there's a temptation to err towards the expensive "proven" players vs picking out the young bucks who may or may not have the ability to step up.

I actually agree with you in terms of how we make sure Norwich progress to the next level, but I don't know if relying on fledgling stars to be able to make a key difference this season is sensible.
