from what i remeber

He wanted to be more than an academy director, we had no openings any 'higher' so he left. Just a normal working guys decision really, want to progress, no chance with current employers, so looked elsewhere.
It's a shame but I think we wold of had to sack foley or livermore (in hindsight.....) in order to keep him.
