Just her view of them really.
We like to use a local family run outfit called Heritage & Wise, rather than Dreams, Bensons for Beds and all that & always been well pleased.
But when we needed a replacement mattress they recommended a HaelthiPosture one, 1000 pocket Latex. Wasn't the most expensive in the shop but was mid range at ?330.
After 6 months or so noticed it really began to dip. Spoke to shop & they said take some pics of it showing the dip, but nothing to see when no one lying on it, so no photo to take.
Just wondered if she rated them as a Company & we'd been unlucky with a rogue mattress or if generally she thinks they're a poor manufacturer.
