Every player in our team has their faults

...and yet they have each contributed something this season. We're better than the sum of our parts at the moment. I'd rather keep hold of players like Redmond, who can be both brilliant and infuriating, because what they contributes at the top of his game is more important to us than what he doesn't at his worst.
