As one for the future very promising. Our academy will struggle to catch up for several years yet due to the one hour rule we were working under till a couple of years ago. Only now can we get in at the start of an under 11s career for example. Don't forget much of Southampton's youth success was picking up players from other clubs at 15 ish. Everton picked up Stones & Galloway as very young pros, indeed we were rumoured to be chasing Galloway at the same time & several of the young Liverpool players were signed from other clubs sterling/Ibe/ojoe
