Genuine Wrath Health question....
Recently diagnosed with IBD & struggling with the side effects of the meds (steroids - 40mg a day currently) sleep pattern, thoughts and mood swings etc - anyone else have this/been on them? Hoping steroids are a short term thing - but Christ on a bike they're f**king me up (IBD no fun either!)
