To be honest if we had not left him out on other occasions

Then I would not have been so annoyed by it yesterday.

Watford, Chelsea, Newcastle all games I think we could have got something from but we've not played our best team. We are not good enough or big enough to rest a key player in a third of our games and the stars show very clearly how much less effective we are when he does not start. 1 point from 6 games to be precise whereas we've taken 16 from 12 when he does start.

Anyway as I have said what's done is done. I don't think Neil is a bad manager because of it although it's an element of his management this season that I disagree with. As you have said lets hope it pays off with a stellar display from Wes tomorrow.
