24 hours in the oven? That's a massive ham...

...I boiled ours in coke for a couple of hours, trimmed off the skin, diamond scored it, added cloves, also smeared on black treacle plus mustard powder and demerara sugar before a ten min blast in oven to crisp it up...

Will be using some today in a turkey and ham Crimble pie will be arriving later...
