This is great. Really really great

Compared to most clubs in this league, we're shorthanded. A lot of decent players, few matchwinners, lack of reliable cutting edge. But AN doesn't sit and feel sorry for himself. He gets on with it, he believes in us and himself, he drags us forwards.

And the whole side - the whole side - is giving everything. Absolutely everything. Straining every sinew, extracting the maximum they can from themselves. Each point is precious, each win is wonderful.

Last time we were at Old Trafford, we just collapsed. No belief, no structure, no identity, nothing. Incredible how much we've progressed since then. Every football team is an extension of the manager's personality; and Alex Neil's personality, leadership and character is reflected in the whole side.

So so proud of all of them. It's tremendous.
