Id look at Southampton.....

and say, whats the point int changing him? We would have gone for Burley if available, and he hasnt done anything yet. Changing the manager is not the answer, he's just a short term scapegoat.

By the way, Ashton is good business, think the club have done well. Lets just get some genuine flair in to unlock some of these defences!
