Well Charlottenburg and Spandau are the big hitters however..

...we really enjoyed Berliner Weihnachtszeit at Roten Rathaus just up from Alexandraplatz - ice skating, ferris wheel and loads of stalls with loads of yummy beer and gl?hwein (which I'm not a fan of)...

If your daughter is happy to, and you guys are too, the following seems a bit touristy on the surface, but the Hofbrau Munchen Berlin beerhall near alexandraplatz has oompah music, huge selection of Bavarian pork dishes and, of course, more crisp german beer...

Families go there - a lot of German families - so it is popular...

We went there on impulse on Crimble Day having been at the Berliner Weihnachtszeitthe. In fact we've been past it every time we went to Berlin and kinda turned our noses up but more fool us; it is now a place we always go to as it so relaxing and German feeling...

There are Christmas markets EVERYWHERE; Berlin is uber Christmassy...
