I have only recently started learning how to make sweet potato chips...
Always thought it must be really difficult but it's sooooooo easy.
1. Put a little bit of oil (Norfolk Rapeseed Oil) in a container, sprinkle in some paprika and mix together.
2. Slice sweet potatoes lengthways like long chips and chuck em in an oven-proof dish.
3. Put oil-paprkia mixture on the chips.
4. Put them in the oven for about half an hour at about 165 degrees (make sure oven is switched on).
5. Eat. Oh wow proper good.
