I.e hooper doesn't work hard enough
Lafferty is the weakest forward we have
Nathan dyer turned us down as he didn't want to live in Norwich
We are in advanced talks with clubs players and agents with regard January transfers
Wants to get back to what we're good at I.e possession and more of an offensive style
