please can someone explain the offisde rule

for evertons goal a player was standing within 10feet and in front of our goalie but that is not offside.Any premier league player that close should be deemed interfering as it distracts the goalie

Then from a corner wes is standing in front of their goalie then ball comes off the everton defender and wes shoots but is deemed offside, surely if the ball comes from an eveton player he cannot be offside ?
