All if buts and maybes though isn't it.We love the positives of having a promising manager

But I would argue we have to allow him sufficient slack for when his naivety (desire to try new things to find the magic formula?) goes wrong.

Still rather have this every day, than a manager with a rote 'well we tried this last week, we'll do the same again this week but just don't f**k it up this time'.
