too often the fans become insufferable because of the perceived wealth (ref 'We're f***ing loaded) - I always remember QPR fans in Morrison's just after the initial injection from the Italians who told me that they would never play a small club like us again...

Then things go horribly wrong and all the nonsense comes out about being true fans who don't deserve the terrible things the nasty onwers have bestowed upon them. See - Coventry City returning to the Ricoh and the next week returning to a quarter full Ricoh.

Sorry for those fans, who like quite a few on here, aren't courting the instant wealth/success but there are a lot who, like quite a few on the Pink'un, are desperate for an Asian billionaire to drop by.
