Absolutely appallingly awful all round

Maybe only Rudd, Bennett, Mbok and Vadis (just for doing two successful passes) come out with any credit. The rest were appalling.

It's shocking that the loss of one player in Wes can leave our entire midfield incapable of any coherent play. Brady just had s bad day, Dorrans was poor and Howson hid as he always does when asked to take any responsibility.

We also have to face facts about Neil. He's a smart man with managerial talent and I'm not advocating sacking him or anything but he's lost his way a bit of late and the tactics today were poor. One poor sub costing us against Newcastle seems to have led to him abandoning his whole philosophy and I don't think the players knew how they were supposed to play today. Different players, formations and tactics every week is not helping us develop any consistency or coherent pattern to our play. From where we are now wins are everything so I'd rather he just picked s settled team and went back to a positive approach.
