Assuming Ashton (and green) go, when will the money be spent?
Do people think that it would be best writing off this season, and spending more in the summer? I wonder if this is what the board are thinking?
Or would it be best to get players in now, and gamble for a playoff place?
To my mind, they should bring in the personnel as and when they become available, and not settle for some 'second best' signings as we did when we got Notman instead of Healy.
