may be something he doesn't like in Lafferty's attitude, judging by how quickly he shipped him out last season.

I don't think he has shown anything for us to suggest he is a solution though. Goals against minnows at international level are good for his confidence, but pretty meaningless otherwise I would say. And presumably he hasn't done enough in training to convince Neil to even give him a go as a sub.
