then please outline how you would proceed if - for instance - choices one, two and three were unable/unwilling to sign for NCFC?

Would you sign anyone, just to make a signing?
Or would you move on with the squad already in place?

Throwing money at players does not always work and, like it or not, we will be viewed as a risky move because of the danger of relegation.
