Mine was something minor and when you some of the stuff coming through they have to deal with you don't mind waiting till they have a spare moment.
My god them staff, I don't know how the deal with it all - the trauma, the distress, the knobheads and pissheads, sounds of frequent wailing of despair and screams of pain.
Nothing but the highest regard for them.
