Be interesting to watch Lambert at Blackburn. At Norwich he took over a team too big for

league 1, and players in the squad were too good for league 1. He went on a journey and a good thing at Norwich. He did well in the champs whilst maintaining momentum, and had to learn the hard way in the prem about a few things, but still was a good manager

Can he handle Blackburn 16th in the champs, rather than the same blackburn squad in league 1?

This is the job which marks whether he's a good manager or not. Not saying if he has a bad spell at Blackburn that he's a flash in the pan, but it will mark his card further that Norwich was a circumstantial success rather than a managerial wonder
