I always fine it very odd that people seem blas? about private companies collating and selling huge amounts of data in order to market the f**k out of us, but at the merest hint of letting Government agencies access it to, oh I don't know, stop terrorist attacks like this perhaps, people get worked up about the loss of supposed privacy.
