Lucky to have a tactically flexible manager
One who won't just attack freely or ask for slow intricate passing for the sake of it, or set up every game to defend even when the opposition is garbage and there for the taking. Neil has learned quickly from the Leicester and Newcastle mistakes. All managers make tactical errors, but it's the ones that adapt quickly and put any potential egos aside regarding playing styles who are so valuable. The potential with him is so obviously there, he just badly needs a few quality signings.
