you think football chairman and owners are a special breed of employers then?
a special breed of human?
just extend your 'there is no unconcious bias in choosing football managers they just want the best man for the job' logic a little bit further please.
why don't other employers want the best person to fill their vacancies too?
what sets the football chairmen/owners apart from those other employers?
