Many of you seem quick to point the finger. Yes Ruddy made a mistake but the Referee made an even bigger one.

He failed to give a free to kick and book Fernandino for diving when Ruddy stuck his foot out to try and retrieve the situation. The Ref was right there and had he had done his job correctly there would have been no penalty or sending off.

Just saying Iike, but it's much easier to blame the latest escape goat.
